Your First Workout
Every guy at every AO (that's F3 shorthand for a workout location) was once exactly where you are right now. Here's all you need to know.
1
Pick an AO
Browse the schedule below and pick any workout, any morning. There's no wrong one to start with.
2
Just Show Up
No sign-up, no gear, no experience required. Wear clothes you can move in and bring water.
3
Get Your Name
After you post, the PAX (that's F3 shorthand for the other guys at the workout) will hang an F3 name on you. That's the moment you stop being an FNG — a "Friendly New Guy."
